SEEDS Women’s Center has recently moved to a NEW location on 308 Pine Street in Minden with plenty of space to grow the many services they offer.  Amber Bradford is the executive director and she says, “we love our new location!”  She and her staff are excited about the extra space they now have to provide more services to the many girls and women who walk through their doors each day.  They are also conveniently located near DCFS Minden where many of their clients and potential clients visit on a regular basis.  They have a state-of-the-art ultrasound machine offering limited ultrasound services under the direction of a Medical Director, 2 Registered nurses, 3 ultrasound techs and a medical office assistant. Also included are private beautifully decorated counseling rooms. It also includes a Mommy Store with lots of new and gently used donated baby items that can be purchased using their mommy or daddy bucks!  They expressed their need for more volunteers although the community has been very supportive.  Of course, one-time donations and monthly support are always needed and welcomed.  You can reach Amber and her team at seedswomenscenter.com or call 318-639-0907.
