Acadiana is Respecting Life this Fall

October is Respect Life Month, and Acadiana has come together with love, conviction, and a strong sense of community. On October 5th, our annual Life Chain brought peaceful prayer and public witness to the streets, reminding everyone of the dignity and value of every human life. Just two days later, on October 7th, we gathered for Pro-Life Night with a moving testimony from Amber Dubois. Her powerful words spoke to the reality of abortion, even in the most difficult situations, such as when a woman has been violated. It was a heartfelt reminder of the importance of standing for life, even when it’s hard.

And the season isn’t over yet.

On  November 14th, we’ll come together again for our quarterly pro-life luncheon, where we’ll be focusing on the beauty of adoption as a loving option. It’s a special time to share stories, encourage one another, and continue building a culture of life. We’re especially grateful to Zea Rotisserie in Lafayette for their continued support and generosity.

This Respect Life Month has been full of hope, purpose, and powerful moments. It’s been beautiful to see the Acadiana pro-life community united in love and truth. Let’s carry this spirit forward together.
