SummaryOn Jan. 31st, The Advocate reported that a New York physician and her abortion business have been indicted for prescribing abortion pills to a minor through the minor’s mother. The woman has also been indicted as she allegedly coerced her daughter to take the pills. The minor reported that she wanted her baby and even had a reveal party planned. On Feb. 12, New York Governor Kathy Hochul said that she will not comply with extradition of the abortion physician Dr. Margaret Carpenter thereby protecting her in the state of New York. Dr. Carpenter either did not know, or did not care, that the pills she was prescribing would be utilized to harm a minor and then end the life of her unborn baby against her will. The District Attorney of West Baton Rouge Tony Clayton said this is “forced abortion” as the daughter was given an ultimatum. As common in the online abortion industry, it is reported that Dr. Carpenter required no medical examination or even an interview with the young pregnant woman before prescribing the drugs. The physician should be held accountable for her reckless disregard of her purported patient’s safety. Furthermore, Dr. Carpenter is not licensed to practice medicine in the state of Louisiana. Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry and Attorney General Liz Murrill have both released videos and subsequent comments on social media informing Gov. Hochul of the grotesque realities of the case.
