- Supports tax-payer funding of abortion.
- States that she will vote for the Women’s Health Protection Act, which would permit abortion for any reason in all nine months of pregnancy.
- Denies that babies survive abortion and has voted against the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act.
- Believes killing babies in abortion is a woman’s most fundamental right.

- Pledges to nominate individuals to the Supreme Court who will interpret the constitution as written.
