You can still
register online for the 5K, which begins at 8 a.m., or you can register Saturday morning beginning at 7 a.m. at the festival site. Cajun Chiropractic & Rehab will be on site to help with any muscular, taping, and stretching needs of runners and walkers.
The festival will begin at the conclusion of the race, about 10 a.m., and continues until 2 p.m. Zach Fusilier & Friends will perform traditional Cajun music beginning at 10 a.m., and our headliner band, Letrainiump, will take the stage at 12:40 p.m. and close out the day’s festivities.
There will also be activities for children, including fun jumps, face painting, and a chance to meet Belle & Spider-Man from noon to 1 p.m. And of course great food like red beans and rice, hamburgers, sausage po-boys, chicken tenders, and fries will be available for purchase. There will also be Coke floats and rolled ice cream for dessert!

And don’t forget to bring baby items with you to the festival and donate to the Baby Items Drive for our local pregnancy centers. Centers are in most need of preemie size 1-2 diapers, size 4-5 diapers, clothing in preemie size and 0-3 months, bibs, receiving blankets, baby wash, lotion, shampoo, and powder.
