Join Louisiana Right to Life, New Orleans Right to Life, and Louisiana Black Advocates for Life at the “Peace for the East Prayer Rally” at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 13 near the proposed abortion facility Deanz Health Care for Women on Crowder Boulevard.
Dr. Roshanda Dean, who has performed more than 15,000 abortions with her own hand at other facilities, is still trying to open Deanz Health Care for Women to become New Orleans East’s only abortion facility.
The Peace for the East Prayer Rally will be held in the neutral ground across from Deanz Healthcare for Women.
New Orleans Archbishop Gregory Aymond will speak at the event and be joined by Dr. Kathy Allen, state director of Louisiana Black Advocates for Life, and others. The prayer rally begins at 10 a.m. and end around noon. Following the rally, a lunch and fellowship time will be held just around the corner at Upperroom Bible Church, 8600 Lake Forest Blvd.
