Louisiana Right to Life Launches Media Campaign with State’s Largest Newspaper, The Advocate

On June 28th, we took our message that we are here for moms and babies to Louisiana’s largest newspaper, The Advocate, through a sticky note (pictured above), and via their online platform. Our sticky note and online banners reached thousands with our Post-Roe resource: PostRoeLa.com.

Featured online were images and banners directing women toward real support whether that be a pregnancy center (pictured right), health resource or material and legal assistance.

Angie Thomas, Louisiana Right to Life Associate Director, also published an op-ed in The Advocate on the same day. She writes:

Roe v. Wade is gone. Louisiana can once again give every precious child, no matter their background, a chance at life. Instead of being forced to protect a right to end the life of a living human being, we can now protect the fundamental right to life.

But we know our work is not done. Moms, we are here to help you. We must support every mom and every child, both before and after birth.
