How do I adopt a mom?
You can adopt a mom by picking up a tag at any of the participating churches listed above (hover your mouse over the section that says “Partner Churches” to see a list of churches) or at our New Orleans office, 200 Allen Toussaint Blvd. New Orleans LA, 70124.
Do I need to buy everything listed on a tag?
While buying everything on a wishlist would be a huge blessing to your mom or baby, moms know this may not be possible and are grateful for anything you give.
If you would rather contribute to fill gaps in a mom’s wishlist or help us make sure all moms get something. You can make a monetary donation here!
Why do moms and babies have separate tags?
We want to love and support both moms and babies, which means helping with both their needs! Having separate tags helps us make sure both their needs are covered!
My church isn’t participating, can I still adopt a mom?

I know someone who this program could really help, can I connect them with you?
We would love to help your friend by connecting her to a pregnancy center! Louisiana Right to Life partners with many pregnancy centers for this project to try to address the biggest needs. Pregnancy centers provide many free services to pregnant or parenting moms such as pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, connection to social services, baby supplies and more! What happens to my donation if all the gardens are funded and mom’s wishlists filled?
If the cost of the gardens and all the wishlists are filled additional funds will to our Emergency Assistance for Moms Grant. This grant helps moms by removing serious financial barriers to choosing life.
I have a lot of used baby items, can I give these?
Through the Love Them Both Garden we try to make moms feel special by giving them new items, but we can still use used items to help fill gaps in wishlists and assist pregnancy centers with the baby supplies they give to moms in need on a daily basis! Call us at 504.835.6520 if you have used items you would like to donate!
What if I got a gift, but missed the May 2nd drop off deadline?
Call us at 504.835.6520 as soon as possible so we can see if we are still able to get your gift to your mom!
