The New Orleans East Dinner for Life, held Saturday, July 28 at St. Marie Goretti Catholic Church, drew a crowd to hear from pro-life leaders and learn more about the abortion facility, Deanz Health Care for Women, trying to open in New Orleans East.

Pastor Jonathan Burton of New Orleans was guest speaker. Louisiana Black Advocates for Life State Director Dr. Kathy Allen also spoke and presided over the event, sponsored by New Orleans Right to Life and Louisiana Black Advocates for Life.

The food was provided by Knights of Columbus Archbishop Blenk Council No. 1905.
