New Orleans Right to Life will host a teleconference on the Love Life Amendment Monday, April 13, at 7 p.m. Anyone interested in learning more about the amendment and how to get involved in the campaign is invited to participate.

The Love Life Amendment will be voted on by Louisiana voters on Nov. 3, the same day at the presidential election. If approved, it will ensure through the state constitution that state courts, whether now or when the U.S. Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, cannot establish a “right to abortion” or the tax funding of abortion in Louisiana.

Officials on the call will discuss strategy for reaching New Orleanians effectively now and up until the election.
