In an interview with EWTN Nightly News, Sen. Kennedy responds to President Biden’s attempt to strip pro-life pregnancy center funding late last year.

The Louisiana Congressman explains that a bill has been introduced by Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina called the Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act that would protect their funding. Sen. Kennedy is a co-sponsor. Pro-life pregnancy centers provide women and children with important services like pregnancy counseling, prenatal health care, parenting classes, baby items and more.

Kennedy said this legislation “ensures that these important community resources continue to get the money they need to keep their doors open for vulnerable women and babies. Crisis pregnancy centers do extraordinary work to lift up mothers and their children in need.”
