Vote Pro-Life This Fall!

Early voting has begun for the Nov. 6 elections, and Louisiana Right to Life hopes all Louisiana voters will make the time to go and vote pro-life. Early voting continues through Oct. 30 (every day but Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.), and polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 6.

While this year is an off year for statewide elections, there are special elections for Secretary of State, Louisiana House of Representatives Districts 33 and 90 and Louisiana Senate District 26. In addition, each of the state’s Congressional District representatives are seeking re-election to the U.S. Congress.

It is crucial that we elect people committed to the pro-life cause. While Louisiana Right to Life does not endorse, we do educate citizens on how candidates stand for life. Louisiana Right to Life sent questionnaires to the candidates for state House, Senate and Secretary of State, and National Right to Life has provided information on the Congressional races. Many candidates responded, and we’ve tallied their scores.
