Henry Nguyen of Lafayette won the Louisiana Right to Life Pro-Life Oratory contest this weekend at the Louisiana Knights of Columbus state convention in Baton Rouge. Louisiana Abortion Rate Falls for the 3rd Straight Year!

The number of abortions in Louisiana decreased by 3 percent from 2016 to 2017, according to preliminary figures provided to Louisiana Right to Life recently by the Louisiana Department of Health.
